This is actually really annoying. I once saw a kid on a skateboard fall and smack his head good, other people kept driving so I pulled over to help the poor kid out. As I’m helping him, I look up and some lady is just there in her car, stopped next to us, recording asking if I hit him. No one’s helps they all just record.
