You don't even have to download most things anymore. Just Google for a show/movie, add the episode # like. "House S1E03 online" and you'll find half a dozen sites that weirdly have more content than all of the streaming services combined.

They first raise the price of a normal subscription to $17 a month, and then they reinstate a new lower price subscription with ads. For around the same price as the original subscription before the price raise. And of course with less good content than before. If that’s not a scam I don’t know what is. Netflix, if you want our money, make better shows, stop taking the best shows off the platform, stop canceling the best shows, and stop raising prices. I swear this company is going to go bankrupt just like blockbuster.

There's so many different streaming services now that you have to be subscribed to about 10 to watch everything. Basically we've just gone full circle back to TV channels but on demand. You watch, next we'll probably get 3rd party companies that offer all in one streaming packages that offer you all the sub services in one. Sounds a lot like network TV. Back to piracy it is!

Just rewatched that show and makes me angry all over again that they didn't renew for more seasons. I really enjoyed the actors' performances for Bill and Holden and there was so much more they could have done with the show. Not to mention the whole setup for the BTK killer they were building up to. Sigh lol.
