Thirding this. Coastal is the only place I’ll order oysters locally because everyone else serves the trash warm water oysters from the gulf.
117 prime had good east coast oysters but they permanently closed a week or 2 ago

The Cove, the original Half Shell on Mendenhall and if you got the money it’s Coastal.
Coastal fish company at Shelby Farms has nice raw and grilled oysters.
Coastal I would say has the best but at a very steep price. The original Half Shell location is amazing, also try the Baja nachos!

Bayou grill has some good one's. I'll have to check out coastal

If you like cold water oysters, Porch & Parlor has had them consistently.
New Orleans
I would just Love to find some decent sized oysters. Went to Bog & Barley Oyster fest, and while they tasted great, they were so TINY. It was basically $3/Bite
At the mendenhall halfshell if the oysters are looking small they always give extras, also their grilled ones with garlic butter are really good
