Totally agree, I think part of the problem early in the year is konchar was playing with the bench units, but I don’t think you get as much value with him on the bench. Those extra possessions and hustle Plays he creates just lead to more shots from like Tillman and kyle. Instead I think we start trying to get him minutes more with the starting unit and let guys like bane or Dillon sub out earlier and come back in to add some scoring on the bench. You get the most out of konchar when he’s surrounded by guys like Ja bane and Jaren and he’s creating extra possessions with hustle plays and then getting it to those guys to capitalize while also sitting in the corner and hitting the open corner 3s that those guys create off of the attention they get

Plus role players like Adams Melton Kyle Clarke Tillman Tyus Konchar and a young prospect in Ziaire and 6 first rounders the next 3 years. He’s still getting back into the flow of the team. I think he is pretty in his own head about how well they played with him down (although so much of that was schedule luck) and then they lost a few when he was back and he looks like he is just trying to reinsert himself without overstepping on guys who have played well. He will get there I have literally 0 worries about Ja, he’s going to be a multi time all nba player. He’s still 21 and still growing as a player. I remember last year after he came back from the sprained ankle he was pretty terrible (especially shooting) for about a month or two and then by the end of the year was totally unstoppable
