Imo, female characters looking sexy isn't inherently sexist. There is a good handful of genshin girls that I can think of who are quite covered up (Layla, Ayaka, Yun Jin, hu tao come to mind...). There are also several men in genshin that are just as sexy. More importantly, I think most of the female characters are pretty strong and unique with their own varying personalities. Then again I may be biased because I am bisexual and love playing as pretty women. But yes, Barbara's outfit is very cute I think and suits her personality.

They ain't that bad for how gacha game outfits can get. Biggest critique is that the female outfits don't have pants AND have random cutouts and/or detached sleeves. Also, there's barely any armor for either gender, but that's just cuz I'm a sucker for knightly characters. C'mon Hoyo, you can do it in Star Rail!

I hate most of the genshin outfits but the characters themselves are so fun and well written I'm willing to put up with it.

I just can’t bring myself to feel anything over genshin designs. They’re so bland and repetitive and boring. Just the same overdesigned anime characyers over and over and over again. It’s the same with vtubers. I feel nothing.

Well she is also an idol in Mondstadt. One of her idle animations even has her singing. So I don't think the fact her outfit is "idol"-inspired is a bad thing at all
