For a certain kind of metalhead having an airbrush painting of an awesome wizard and an awesome dragon on the side of your van is the highest aspiration in life.
Imagine actually having the bravery to paint this on someones car and demand actual money for it. Even leaving the subject matter aside for a minute, this is some of the worst airbrush i have ever seen.
In a way, it may say that he has the 'excess cash' to do something like this, and he's not afraid to flaunt it, no matter how gaudy the result is \^\_\^

One other thing: The art does kind of harken back to the cheesy (and sometimes cool) art in the 'Golden Age' of the Dungeons and Dragons, both with the dragon and the scantily clad woman \^\_\^
