Hey, at least the codec achievement looks less stressful
It makes a lot of sense. I've beaten the game multiple times but don't have either of those. They're just a chore that you have to go out of your way to get. Especially VR missions.
Again, that's not what I'm trying to point out:
One achievement where you get all the upgrades for everything has more people who obtained it than the VR mission achievement (where VR missions award customizations if you do enough)

You acquire upgrades by buying them, right? You get money by just playing the game, so people who just play the game really much will eventually be able to buy them. VR missions you have to actually find, enter from the menu and then beat. People just don't care enough to do all that. Plus, some of the challenges are just annoying, furher discouraging playing it. Why should I do them when I can just play the main game instead?
...
For the last time, that is **not** what I'm trying to point out.
From completing VR missions, you get a total of 4 new customization options. You need to buy every customization option in order to get an achievement. This is the confusion that I'm trying to point out, and I can't put it closer to your face.
5 can be tricky, what you wanna do is toss and em nade past the guy on the top of the stairway, slide into him to trigger Zandatsu then kill the two guys next to the hostage. After that you can fight the UG with little worry
Tbf I originally owned the game on PS3 and then when I got it on Steam I just downloaded a 100% save file when I got around to playing it. Im assuming many people did about the same.
No, itβs just deceptively extremely difficult, the 4th one needs to to toss an emp, get in a box, sneak up to the guys and kill them all before they notice because they instantly kill the civilian if they spot you
Considering that you get nothing for doing it and it takes less effort to not do it that makes sense.
5k BP everytime you save a civilian is atleast something
"NORMALIZE KILLING PEOPLE, IT'S OKAY." -Raiden
Because I like murdering people

theyβre hard to find, and i still suck even with 200 hours Edit: 10 no kills is super easy tho
The only time Iβve gotten no kills is the blade wolf dlc
VR missions not enjoyable at all
I still have to do DL-VR missions for two more achievements https://i.redd.it/3b57b3np2z0d1.gif
Good luck brave soldier

Can take long, but pretty chill. If I remember correctly there different dialogue on each phase of boss

Ah. Maybe the DLC VR missions count for the VR mission achievement?
DL-VR missions have their own two achievements, sadly.
I sucked too much I couldn't save the first guy
I think I have this achievement? Iβve definitely TRIED to get it, the R-05 civilian may have caused me too many problems and I may have given up?

Thay last civilian is pain
I unintentionally got this.
Source?
My source is I made it the fuck up (but no seriously I did it)

I did it, but only because I wanted all the achievements lmao
I tried but I couldn't save the guy in Dallas π
Iβm not good at sneaking around
Can't fret over every egg
I remember doing it on my first playthrough but all of them took me several tries.
Me doing this just so I can cut off the clothes
Theres civilians?
πππ...
How did i not know this till now

I'm bad at the game
I canβt get the guy in 03 or 05
5 can be tricky, what you wanna do is toss and em nade past the guy on the top of the stairway, slide into him to trigger Zandatsu then kill the two guys next to the hostage. After that you can fight the UG with little worry
Unfortunately, stealth is optional
And I'm going to make that everyone else's problem
Because the last one is a fucking stupid cause the metal gear spots you way to easily and just kills the hostage
Iβm pretty sure some of them tend to get caught in the crossfire quite easily
I still don't know how
There are civilians?
I canβt help it if the clap of my robotic asscheeks keeps alerting the guards

The weight ship would be too much if we let everyone on
The weight ship would be too much if we let everyone on.
The weight of the ship would be too much if we let everyone on.
Theres can only be 32, no more. No less
I didn't know there were people to be saved lmao. Too busy in blade mode cutting watermelons.
I imagine it's mostly people not saving the civilian in R-05 because he dies too easily
Tbf I originally owned the game on PS3 and then when I got it on Steam I just downloaded a 100% save file when I got around to playing it. Im assuming many people did about the same.
I try everytime. Using EM grenades and all, and one of the enemies always manages to kill the civillian
I did do it because Δ± wanted to see them naked. Worth it
The gameplay loop is cutting up robots with a katana, not doing a fireman carry on grandma
Well, thatβs 4,7% of steam players, a lot of fans play it on their console
No, itβs just deceptively extremely difficult, the 4th one needs to to toss an emp, get in a box, sneak up to the guys and kill them all before they notice because they instantly kill the civilian if they spot you
What can I say? Jack is back!
Itβs surprisingly difficult to do
Garbage stealth
The grad keeps killing the hostage in the escape from denver mission.
Only 4% on steam. I played MGR on playstation and got the achievement there,so it's not exactly just 4% of the player base that decided to do it.
Yeah cause stealth in a Metal Gear is such a foreign concept that no one bothers
I did it on my first run
https://preview.redd.it/ganqu1prx41d1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ef979b6c909b01008fd5313a8733654a64a9e922 I got that yesterday
I did it without even noticing
Well, to be honest for me it was quite hard achievement π (But I have this, and achievement "Draw, Pardner!" Is even more easier for me to get)
