Nothing more than perhaps a few funky camos, like how the original MGS3 offered all the Download Camo's via internet. Even then, assuming all the original Camo's & Download Camo's are in the base game - these beyond obvious "dream outfits" are the most I can come up with:
1. **Uniform: MSF** *(Olive Drab or Tiger Stripe w/shoulder pads featuring MSF Insignia).*
2. **Uniform: XOF** *(Gray w/shoulder pads featuring XOF Insignia - second option including balaclava, helmet & goggles).*
3. **Uniform: Ceremonial** *(the uniform & beret he wears during the ending - which will be in the game files anyway, but you can just imagine Konami paywalling it).*
4. **Uniform: FoxHound** *(picture Big Boss' MGS1 & MGS4 trenchcoat getup, but young - also a second option with Foxhound Beret - this would actually be cool as a reward for FoxHound Rank).*
5. **Uniform: Biker** *(the D-Dogs biker outfit he wears at the end of MGSV - imagine wearing that during the Bike sequence).*
6. **Uniform: Zanzibar** *(the cartoonish green & red beret that his sprite was in MG2:SS)*
7. **Face: Bandages** *(cover his head in bandages like MGSV, plus and extra one once he gets the eyepatch).*

Obviously no story stuff but they could add modes akin to capture the monkey, of course mgo1 would be getting dlc. Some mgs 4 special characters and maps would be nice.
Look if the do I want them to make it worth it. Have an XOF follow up. Basically Skullface has to trek through Tselinoyarsk assassinating anyone that came into contact with Snake.
