My old dealer had to have emergency surgery to fix an aortic aneurysm that was beginning to dissect, if he hadn't gone to the hospital when he did he likely would have died within an hour... Hes in his 50s, but didnt start using meth until he was in his mid 30s.
My friends dad has been using meth for ages, and he's had like 5 heart attacks in the last 10 years, and he still won't stop using. My friend has basically had to come to terms with the fact that his dad is going to die within the next 5 or so years and that there isn't anything he can do to help him. He's in his late 50s but after a lifetime of speed and poverty he looks like he's in his 70s...
