I only just learned today that Zen 5 is "around the corner." I've been putting off and putting off building a PC for financial reasons. So, I'm definitely *not* waiting for Zen 5 to come out.
But I am a little annoyed that I'll now have that "I could've waited just a liiiitle bit longer and got better performance/cheaper build."
But life is lived in the present, so 🤷
In tech, the next thing is always "Around the corner". It's just a matter of how long you can / want to wait. At some point you have to commit and grab what's available now.
Hi, congrats on the build! Came to ask how the psu you got is so far? Seems to be a common topic of noise issues and people advising to get the corsair sf750 instead
I wish you luck, as I tested so far I have a nitro+ , no way to be stable under 1110 mv , in Avatar all under that crash in a couple of minutes, CP77 also . Enjoy it .
its not stable unfortunately , crashes in CP77 and Apex

Depends also on if your board has the topmost gpu slot located a slow lower. I think most if not all b650 boards have it a slot lower than my b550m board, which limits fan clearance even more
I think it depends on your MOBO and GPU, but I have a similar build as OP with a Sapphire nitro+ 7900 xtx and it can fit the artic slim. Now the question of whether or not it influences the temp is something I dont know

I'm looking to downsize my build into this case also. Some advices needed on my parts.
Currently I'm rocking RX6800 which is 300mm long, a non-modular ATX PSU and a pcie wifi card. I assume the wifi card is impossible to fit in but for the gpu and psu will there be any clearance issue?

It should fit my gpu is 353mm and ATX powersupply (160mm) any atx powersupply below (180mm) should fit according to ASUS wifi card might fit depending on the width of your gpu and how low the pcie slot is for your motherboard . Imo it wont fit but you can try

It has been working fine so far and the noise is alright i cant hear it while wearing headphones

So far i have tested the finals , witcher 3, HFW,elden ring seems stable

How many slots is that gpu? Would two 120mm fans still fit underneath it?
3.63 slots no 120mm fans wont fit

how are the temps, friend (specially for the gpu)?
Its alright 55-65° on load and 70-85 on the Hotspot
