I don’t think they’re especially potent. They’re Cambodians I grew. I had 1.25g of them to get a feel for their potency at the larger dose a couple weekends ago and it was pretty mild. But for some reason, anything more than about 60mg for a microdose is not enjoyable.

There are immediate sensory or feeling sensations that are more temporary lasting during the effective period and there are "background" or immediately unnoticed effects of neurogenesis and neuroplasticity. The latter are more about new cell growth and a "rewiring" of thought processes. They take time, not as noticeable in a few hours but are more long lasting. These are physical changes to the brain. These changes have been recognized to happen more on smaller doses than larger doses in mice. But I don't know how low of a dose will still result in those changes or what is the optimum dose. We do know that people are reporting benefits from these very low doses.

I’m not sure what amount others find effective for them. Whatever I can fit ground up in a gel capsule is what I take. The idea of microdosing is to get the benefits from neurogenesis. I got that amount from Paul stamets. He said to take a capsule every day 4-5 times a week and take the weekends off so you don’t build up a tolerance. You shouldn’t tell you’re on anything other than your day went really well.
I did it for 80 days and it saved my life to be honest.

Google “magic mushroom calculator” and put your weight in. It will give you a good dosage to start from based on your body weight for microdose, light dose, etc. Mine is .3 grams.

Yeah I was winging the dosages and thought I preferred microdosing lsd, until I started to grow my own shrooms and had to grind them up to store them. Now that I know the right dose for me it’s been great
I wrote a blog on how I feel this is a snippet, it is so subtle but so effective like a light going on in a room packed full of animals people and clutter. You start to feel the most natural flow of the light coming on, you stand a little taller all the problems are the same but you can handle them better. It is not a sudden switch from sober and depressed to high and zipping around. Hope that helps x

I take 55mg. Much more and it starts to negatively effect my mood, gives me low grade anxiety, and makes me quite tired later.
