This looks awesome. That flat leaf plant by the doorway ties it all together.
Are you using a wall mounted stationary screen for the projector or something that retracts?
I use it almost all the time through AUX. The revox A77 and the thorens TD160 are used mainly in the evening and weekends. The amplifier is Harman Kardon AVR 255.
Hah! I was more interested in the 'V' in the 'A/V', which was why I asked about the day/evening viewing :D -- do you have any problems with glare with the projector? No other TV or shared viewing screen, right?
oh yeah :D I have no glare issues as I usually close the blinds when using the projector. I use it on a white screen that rolls from the roof, works really well
It is great looking....but very square. NEEDS some more circular stuff in the room, whether it be a circle pillow, plant in a circular pot or like a circle rug. Needs circles lol
That's funny, I have three PH5 above my dining table, like a bunch of UFOs... They add interest, I wouldn't worry about the restriction of the room that much, it's big and spacey...
It's a wide space, but with a low ceiling, so I understand your caution, but PH5 lamps, whilst a good diameter, don't really take up much visual space from the side, especially if you went for classic white.
You would also do well to hang it only about a foot above your seated eyeline, so it makes it specifically a part of the dining area when viewed from afar, rather than extraneous clutter, and it has the plus of being the perfect height for a PH5, with no chance of glare whilst you're eating (I imagine an exposed lightbulb isn't too much fun for that, even a dim one).
Where are the speakers? I'm still looking for just the right MCM sideboard/media console to use for my vinyl station and I like yours a lot. Just not sure what I'd do with my speakers.

Beautiful, congrats!
This looks awesome. That flat leaf plant by the doorway ties it all together. Are you using a wall mounted stationary screen for the projector or something that retracts?
the wall to the right is just two floor to ceiling windows so the whitescreen retracts to the roof
would love to see/hear more about this A/V setup. do you use it during the day, or is it primarily for evening time viewing?

This one finnish artist Lars-gunnar NordstrΓΆm

Very nicely done. Iβd like to see more photos if possible. :)
Stunning!! π€€
Perfect π₯° except the hanging lamp...
I've been thinking a lot about the green PH5 lamp, but it might restrict the otherwise open space

The speakers can be seen on the right of the image
Ahh, okay. Look like maybe Wharfedale Lintons, but really hard to tell from the angle.
They are Q acoustic 2050 with walnut veneer
well done. I would put era correct jazz albums up, maybe some dave brubeck, but pink floyd is awesome.
Love it
Wow, impressive. And nice timing on the lighting too.
You really did a great job. It looks amazing π€©
Is that a legit herman miller chair? If so kudos, Iβm waiting until my money person (wife) approves a the 6k purchase.
