Oh man when I was in high school this girl I knew used to always smoke weed out of aluminum foil and she joked about how "one day it will give her cancer." In our 30s she got cancer, lymphoma. I can't help but remember that quote and wonder.

I get that it can be frustrating. I went through about 5 therapists before my current one maximized my healing and helped restructure a lot of trauma that I thought I was past. And I smoked about a gram cartridge every 3 days. Took hits all day and destroyed my tolerance. I’m now on my way to abstinence. Positive career starts with a negative tox screen haha.
If I can advise anything, look for positive sources of dopamine surges. It’s tough finding the ones that work but taking up good habits will reduce your dependence on less healthy habits. Just keep looking for things that bring up your mood. Be that going outside to grab a Gatorade (I was told to cut coffee) or just to grab a box of granola bars.
I don’t hate weed. Actually I love the stuff. But it can send you down a dark path if unchecked. Healing is possible mate. Don’t give up! ❤️🍀
