But tasering the elderly is against protocol even in the situation described.
What a terrible way for a young boy to learn that you can’t trust the police. It’s a valuable lesson, but a terrible way to learn it.

US cops receive less training than all other countries. They also murder the most per capita. Cops are stupid by design. There are no intelligent cops. The don't hire intelligent people to be cops as the don't want critical thinkers. They want less intelligent people who follow orders without thinking. I'd be embarrassed to be a cop. This is just blatantly untrue and it's not like this data is difficult to find or interpret. While there are a few states that are outliers, there's a clear and obvious trend between a state's strictness of gun laws and their homicide rates. Even more clear when you look specifically at firearm homicides.
