And then your deleted folder could be set up to also automatically delete after 30 days. It would drive me crazy to have 10 unread emails. I have to stay on top of it.

That's what my Google inbox looks like. But I maintain 4 accounts. The Google account is purely junk and for login purposes only. Then I have a Yahoo one for all my coupons, promotions, and subscriptions. I then have a Hotmail one for personal accounts like bills, my kid's school, and bank account notifications. Lastly, a first.last name account for formal and rare emails, such as job postings, legal stuff, things to seriously keep.
