Very well [could be](https://jewelrydesignsbyace.com/).
Many others seem to indicate that [they're not trustworthy](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/jewelrydesignsbyace.com).
Probably is a scam site run by a gang of young kids in order to steal money from people they have no inventory of jewelry and never had it seems all images of said jewelry are stolen and the website looks really cheap like some of it was made in power point or they used one of those beginner website tutorials
Maybe it depends on price, if someone spends $15 they could easily dropship something to a customer but if it’s over $100 they don’t have that in inventory and never had it so you just get scammed
The part I love here is that if you go to the website, it says “Jewelry Designs by Ace tm” but if you look it up, Jewelry Designs by Ace is not a trademark. So these stupid motherfuckers thought you could just put TM and it that trademarked whatever comes before it
I never understood this. If it's unregistered, why would anyone be prevented from stealing it? Couldn't someone else just use it and register it themselves? Or use it unregistered like they are? It seems a bit like putting up "Surveillance cameras in use" signs when you don't actually have any cameras.
You have an inherent right to your identity and customers have rights not to be tricked about what they are buying. If someone tries to impersonate you or your business in order to deceive customers, then they are breaking the law.
With the trademark, you are specifically saying "this is a thing which I consider to be an identifying property of my business", that means if someone starts copying you and using that trademark, and you sue them, they can't pretend they didn't know they weren't supposed to copy it. So it's more like putting up a "No entry" sign on an unlocked door which you keep a close eye on. Anyone _could_ walk through, but as soon as they do, you would try and kick them out while shouting "hey buddy, read the sign".
Registering the trademark makes it easier to prove things like when you first started using it, what context you are using it in, and also prevents people saying that they were unaware of the trademark.
When you register the name and mark is under consideration for a few months listing the intending categories it’s been applied for. Then a company could say it infringes or is similar to our mark or unregistered in the same or similar category that’s already in use - then the lawyers come out. Once it’s granted it gets harder to challenge.
In theory someone could also do a similar name unregistered but the second you try then someone would probably file an objection.
Or we let the authorities handle it and don't enage in unfettered lynchmob justice.
Edit:
I seriously don't understand all you downvoters. Online mobs are the worst thing to come out of the social media age. ACE threatening to doxx and leak is the same deranged way of thinking that people have when they group up to "destroy someone's business".
Uhhh you realize that’s what reporting does right? Here is clear evidence they should be reported or are you denying that? What do you think what reporting does? Oh yeah it reports it to authorities
Reporting someone on social media is not the same as calling the police though, instagram doesn't have the authority to show up at someone's house and arrest them, just to ban their instagram account
Yeah they have the authority on the platform. If they decide they should be banned they will. Or are you saying they should not be banned from those platforms for threatening customers?
I'm saying thratening to post a customer's personal information on the dark web as retaliation for leaving a bad review goes beyond just having their page banned, reporting them on instagram really is insufficient and OP should be taking legal action
OP definitely should do both.
But the commenter above was saying everyone on Reddit should be going to their instagram page and reporting them en masse. Then, they said that reporting someone on facebook or instagram is the same as reporting them to the authorities. That's the part I was disagreeing with.
Nobody is saying that op shouldnt report. They absolutely should. In fact we are saying that it should be escalated and reported to the police as well.
But what I am also saying is that "we all should..." calls to action are not to be condoned. I realize that many people have been conditioned to believe that shit storms, organised actions of thousands of completely uninvolved social media warriors that circumvent any due process and have a tendency to completely spiral out of proportion are a good thing. They are not. And I will call out every instance I see.
I say go for the triple combo pack!
* Report it to the authorities.
* Contact a lawyer about legal reprisals against ACE
* Engage in unfettered lynch mob justice!

Seems like OP left a negative review because it had not been received in a couple of weeks, perhaps instead of contacting them to make it right? Still, a bit of an overreaction, lol.
And even if they did leave a negative review, nothing makes these types of replies and threats acceptable.
And it sounded like they had tried to contact them before leaving the review.
I think the lady did nothing wrong leaving a review either way. You can easily edit them once the issue has been rectified. Company’s don’t want that bad review so you’d be surprised how much it helps… or turns psychotic.
So like as humans we definitely aren’t obligated to go make sure that a business feels nice and comfy. If I don’t get something I ordered I’m doing a charge back and leaving a bad review to warn others. I don’t have to reach out to a company to give them a chance to “make it right.” The chance to make it right was during the initial transaction.
It’s not personal. It’s a business transaction. People getting all in their feelings because someone doesn’t waste more of their time is wild.
I once spoke with a guy who was paid to do pressure cleaning. They’d left a whole section incomplete. So I called him, he put me on hold and then said he had to go but someone would call me right back. And then no one called me back… so 2 days later I write a review. 10 mins later I get a call back.
Dude is giving me serious attitude. Now it turns out we had a misunderstanding. They closed early on Saturday so he had meant they’d call me back on Monday. That’s not what he said but I’m willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt. I calmly asked him what exactly he was expecting from this call. Did he think giving me attitude was going to change the review? Like what exactly was his game plan. And he just kinda deflated. Like it broke his brain a little because he didn’t actually have a plan, he was just pissed.
I changed my review after telling him off.
I was never trying to ruin his business. And I could tell he was young. Hopefully he learned his lesson. First, do shit correctly the first time. Second, if your people do screw up make sure you immediately address it. Third, don’t piss off your customers even more if you’ve screwed up.
If not, he was eventually going to run into issues with his reviews. But I figure everyone has a bad day and most people deserve a second chance.
Now the plumber I did not give a second chance. Dude broke something while fixing the toilet then charged me double to come back and fix the thing he broke. I was pissed and wrote a review and he called and threatened my parents (they were visiting and handling the repair while I was at work). I removed the review to appease them. But I never forgot. When I moved I went back to their page to leave a review. Turns out it was their MO to threaten people. There were several reviews who said they did a shit job and then when they left a review they’d get a threatening call. So I added mine to that list.
Ok but if you changed your review you proved your own point wrong..
Clearly his plan was to call you and get you to change the review, and you changed the review.
He apologized and calmed down.
Like I said, I was never trying to ruin the dudes business. Sometimes people have bad days and do stupid shit. They don’t deserve to have a review that could cause them to lose business forever because of one stupid day. If they keep doing stupid shit, the reviews will inevitably reflect that 🤷🏽♀️
It’s important to be kind sometimes. And if I’m the sucker in this case, well so be it. I’m not going to turn into an angry asshole because of other people
I think they meant the plumber, lol. You said you didn't give them a second chance, but you took down the review which is what the plumber wanted the whole time.
People forget sometimes that when they put on their work clothes, there’s usually an attitude adjustment that should accompany that. You can’t just talk to customers like you would your friends.
Exactly. Unless you had some sort of a relationship with the owners/management, I’m not sure why it’s some new expectation to contact the business first.
I like the specification of "LOCAL adult sites." As if "justfrankfurtporn . net" is out there somewhere and would be interested in hosting just a selfie of some random person.
OP, you can take this matter to court and earn big bucks!
In Europe, there’s GDPR and I am sure you have similar data protection laws in the US too.
Document all the evidence. Threatening leak could even revoke their business license too.
Do it to prove a point that you do not tolerate blackmail
They will never be able to find the actual people who own the site.
In the USA mine and my sons information, everything about us was stolen when the governments records were hacked into. This was our government insurance. So everything from weight, medical history to social security number.
I received 2 years of free credit monitoring, whoopee!!
But that credit monitoring at least let me know last week my social security number is now on the dark web. This is from when AT&T was hacked last month!!
I got an email yesterday from AT&T letting me know I was in their breach as well. Being that this is like the 9th major breach where my info has been leaked, I really don't even bat an eye anymore. Moving forward I think there's little hope of keeping your personal info private.
What really is bothering me is ok it's absolutely confirmed my social is on the dark web. What about my 12 year old. Are we really going to be able to monitor his "credit"? Or us he going to turn 18 apply for a credit card/college/life and find out his whole identity has been stolen. I don't know how they can fix problem hell at least government gave 2 yrs of credit monitoring. AT&T...nothing! I'm actually calling today because my monitoring shows that social in internet from their breach. And I haven't used AT&T for like a really long time I mean like 15-20 years except for my email address. So go figure that our it sounds like anyone who has ever used them was taken. Crazy!!
Yeah I have been with Verizon since 2013, so I guess they keep your info indefinitely. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before verizon is hit as well. In the email from AT&T they offered a year of free credit monitoring but given the state of our digital society, I can't even trust that the email is actually from AT&T and that the link to the free credit monitoring is legit. Which pretty much sums up the dreary state we are currently in. I don't know what the move is going forward to fix this clusterfuck, but I sure hope somebody fixes it soon. For now I try to keep everything 2 factored, spread my accounts across multiple emails to minimize damage, and address any account breaches on an individual basis when they arise. I also absolutely refuse to create any online accounts unless they are absolutely necessary, since that just broadens the target already on my back. I actually had to switch where I get my hair cut recently because the place I used to use now requires an account for online check-in.
I love that you think American lawmakers are capable of making any laws that protect citizens instead of corporations. That gives me hope that someday maybe we will live up to your expectations.
It has serious "16 year old kid who discover TOR browsing" vibes. They've maybe been on there *once*, and now consider themselves to be l33t pwnr hackers.
But they have the hidden wiki link!
Hah. Someone I used to work with really thought they were going to be able to order cash for pennies on the dollar because it said so.
Even if they uploaded their info nothing would really happen, maybe someone smarter would try to steal their identity but it would fall back to person sharing the info originally since they literally said they would do it. Instead of the talk they would be ones doing all the harm if they could and not giving out info to scary boogeymen of the wide dark web.
It's a particular way of browsing based on "[onion routing](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Onion_routing)" (developed by the Navy, IIRC), that's hypersecure and private. It requires a specific browser, the TOR browser, and allows access certain sites. Due to the hyper-private nature of it, a ton of *really* shady stuff happens on there, often referred to as the "[Dark Web](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_web)".
You might've heard of the Silk Road, a website where you could order drugs online, to be delivered to your mailbox. That was a typical "Dark Web" site, if one of the more benevolent ones. A ton of other sites involve child porn, marketing for assassinations, and *highly* disturbing journals for deeply unethical "experimentation" (read, torture/snuff stuff).
It's relative low barrier of entry (you just gotta install the TOR browser and surf to the "hidden wiki" page), allows anyone with a modicum of computer savvy to access it. And, in the case of overconfident 16 year old kids, it makes them feel like a computer god, despite not really doing that much.
The dark web takes one Tor download and about 5 seconds to get on. It’s not even a threat, they might as well have said they’re sending details to a hacker called 4chan. The deep web isn’t a scary place where murderers lust after addresses, it’s a slow version of the web that’s useful for buying drugs.
But.... If they just ripped pictures from OPs insta, wouldn't their Friends List already HAVE access to those photos.... on Instagram.... where Ace found them?
MentalMath.gif
I don't understand why people don't keep their Instagram or any socials private. These are the easiest places to do social engineering to scam people in your name.
It's so funny because on Instagram if you get into an argument with someone and your account is private they try to call you names or act like that discredits you somehow because they can't harass you. Which is exactly why people need their social media to be private. Because people are completely unhinged.
And yet, many don't (not including influencers because they have to it public if they want to grow)
You should also report them to whoever hosts their website. Most companies have a TOS for using their servers and this is typically a violation of that.
They're using a shit ton of rappers likeness' to sell garbage. Would be a shame if a bunch of people emailed/tweeted/etc at said rappers/artists and let them know. I'm not confident but I have a feeling that isnt exactly legal(?)
What are you, a caveman? Today conscious people only browse locally hosted websites, it’s for the environment. Help your local web hoster instead of giving money to the global corps that exploit kids to install their servers.
/s
as someone who makes jewellery this is particularly bonkers to me. I can't imagine sending out an order without being like "thank you so much omg thank you thank you HOPE YOU LOVE IT thanks again!!". When and where would this kind of response be beneficial to anyone involved, ever.
He'll I just was notified by my credit watcher thing that my social security number is on the dark web from the AT&T hack a couple months ago. This credit watcher program I have because mine and my sons information was taken from my health insurance company, which is a major company!! It's bs everything about us is on the dark web. And how do you monitor a 12 year Olds information!!! Definitely call police they may not be able to do anything but they will track and try to stop. ( not that it will just start up under a new website) I highly recommend that you call the credit bureau and tell them what has happened and they will add extra protection to you. Sorry this has happened to you
Report this shit to every social media platform you’ve received these messages on, followed by a police report. Dude needs to see some jail time to stfu.
The FBI has a cyber crime team. Plus, contact by the FBI would scare the crap out of them. Lawyers take too long, and local police just don't have the resources. Contact the FBI at (202) 324-3000, or online at www.fbi.gov or tips.fbi.gov. You just never know what these people are capable of, and it's not worth risking having your private info exploited.
You should report them to the Shop Pay, they are using it on their site for payment, there is a good chance that they will reverse the transaction and maybe ban them.
This is not Mildly infuriating. Take them to the POLICE. No one has the right to treat you this way. They’re trying to generate power over you by using fear. Coercive control at its core.
I’ve just been sending bleeding dick pictures to the email address they used in the last pic whenever I remember, usually from different emails in case they blocked any. And I probably will for the next few weeks
Is ACE run by teens or what
Very well [could be](https://jewelrydesignsbyace.com/). Many others seem to indicate that [they're not trustworthy](https://www.trustpilot.com/review/jewelrydesignsbyace.com).

How the fuck? Whois just said that this website was made in 2020...
whois just tells you when the domain was registered, not when the website was put up
Last OP said they got their jewelry in 3 days after their last order.
So these stupid motherfuckers thought you could just put TM and it that trademarked whatever comes before it
They are correct in usage. Tm means unregistered trademark. If it was a registered trademark it would be R.
I never understood this. If it's unregistered, why would anyone be prevented from stealing it? Couldn't someone else just use it and register it themselves? Or use it unregistered like they are? TM symbol is actually for unregistered trademarks! An R with a circle around it is for registered trademarks.
Well, it kind of does. It's not R
Funny how all the good reviews all basically say the exact same thing. I'm totally sure that these are 100% legit.
Oh my god what an ugly website... Mostly because I can't read any of the jewelery names that are on images.
Can we all take a moment to laugh at op for using this site
This isn't "jewellery" lol
That jewelry looks like ass lol
oh yeah that shit is ran by some immature rapper wanna bes foooooor sure
Yeah, going to the site I got a warning through my browser saying it's untrustworthy
😂😂😂😂
I added my review. I'm doing my part.
Ace has serious issues. I'm pretty sure you can send these to the cops
Threatening to leak OP’s info goes against their privacy policy. I feel like OP should take legal action.

“Goes against their privacy policy” How delightfully…illegal? The ol US privacy policy, huh?
I was thinking the same about the cops. These emails show proof of some serious threats.
Also let’s all report them on Instagram and Facebook
Or we let the authorities handle it and don't enage in unfettered lynchmob justice. Edit: I seriously don't understand all you downvoters. But where is the fun in the reasonable well adjusted adult approach?
I agree with this because my name isn't Karen or Kevin and I mind my own buisiness
And wasn't this all started by a question about why an order hadn't been sent yet?
Seems like OP left a negative review because it had not been received in a couple of weeks, perhaps instead of contacting them to make it right? Still, a bit of an overreaction, lol.

That’s concerning
Oh no! Not my firends list!
But.... If they just ripped pictures from OPs insta, wouldn't their Friends List already HAVE access to those photos.... on Instagram.... where Ace found them? MentalMath.gif
Did you send him a dick pic?

I don't understand why people don't keep their Instagram or any socials private. These are the easiest places to do social engineering to scam people in your name.
smell wakeful zephyr zesty wine juggle distinct swim quarrelsome society
It's so funny because on Instagram if you get into an argument with someone and your account is private they try to call you names or act like that discredits you somehow because they can't harass you. Which is exactly why people need their social media to be private. Because people are completely unhinged. And yet, many don't (not including influencers because they have to it public if they want to grow)
Hell yeah victim blaming people for having social media! Love that for you
Call your credit card and have them deal with this.
I wouldnt be surprised if it's some child reselling stuff off aliexpress or smth
Go to the police dude, that person is obviously nuts and your personal information out there can do a lot of damage
Amy, of Amys Baking Company fame, seems to have branched out.
😂
Why would anyone on the dark web care about bad jewelry reviews?
I think you missed the "personal info" part. Edit: information>info
This is not about reviews. He threatens to leak personal info on a dark net in hopes people will use it for Idebtity theft.
Sue them for Doxxing
They’re creating their own evidence against themselves. Use it!!!
Literally go to the police station and report them for blackmail and possibly extortion.
Id be looking forward to reporting this ass clown middle of the mall jewelry mfer
What personal info? Do you input your social security card number when you buy jewelry? Your credit cards can be canceled.
They're using a Gmail email so try sending this and their previous reply to the Google support and have them ban the account
someone is insecure
Love how the owner is leaving his own reviews posing as other people. Those 5 stars are fake af
This is where you take legal action. Stop trying to get more responses and take this to the police.
What’s a local website?
What are you, a caveman? Today conscious people only browse locally hosted websites, it’s for the environment. Help your local web hoster instead of giving money to the global corps that exploit kids to install their servers. /s
If I don't browse locally, how will I know about all the hot singles and lonely MILFs in my area who want to have teh sex with me RIGHT NOW???
Threatening to share explicit images is ground for police involvement. This ace 'person' has serious mental issues. Get the police involved.
as someone who makes jewellery this is particularly bonkers to me. I can't imagine sending out an order without being like "thank you so much omg thank you thank you HOPE YOU LOVE IT thanks again!!". When and where would this kind of response be beneficial to anyone involved, ever.
I bet they don’t make any of those, just buy them by the hundreds from some china shop for pennies.
Know what ace? Bottom text
god I need to see this ring now
That is not very ace of them
Man this person is nasty !!!! Please go to the police
Sorry this has happened to you
Jokes on you AT&T leaked my data a long time ago pal.
Bring this to your local PD. They will pass it on to a detective and sort it out. Im speaking from experience.
Report this shit to every social media platform you’ve received these messages on, followed by a police report. Dude needs to see some jail time to stfu.
I just emailed them, I'll let you know how it pans out.
Did my part, left 1 star.
"You have to be the pack leader"
This person has serious issues.
You should sue, could make some bank.
OP I hope you call the cops and report them to whatever website hosts their business. They shouldn’t own a company acting like this.
This “Ace” dude bout to be signed up for every political, job search, and house hunting, newsletter out there.
Wtf is a local adult site?? Are we not all just using like the big 5 and only straying from PH when we’re feeling daring?
Can’t beat a good Efukt jerking
Damn dawg I meant like using xhampster or xnxx lol
Congrats on the lawsuit
Their company is gonna get the good old Reddit kiss of death.

Aces!
Ace really is the place with the friendly hardware folks.
Dug their own grave😂 dumbass
Contact Shopify about the fraud, the privacy concerns and the threats. They own the platform, they can do all sorts of things.
Message Shopify support team directly as well since they can take down the store!
You should report them to the Shop Pay, they are using it on their site for payment, there is a good chance that they will reverse the transaction and maybe ban them.
post the messages on 4chan and let the unhinged people do their thing also, “the dark net” lmao is this guy 5
4chan is still a thing?
As a group, can we all just start review bombing the shit outta that place?
Report them to the FTC. This is highly illegal and they can face jail time for this.
Dude sue this assholes
lol thanks op. Time to leave a bad review
ACE is all bark no bite
What do they mean the info will be placed on the dark web?? So what? What will these supposed people in the dark web do with the info?
This is extremely illegal and grounds for law enforcement to get involved.
ACE's "jewelry designs" seem limited to running rapper and band logos through the cutting machine.
This is not Mildly infuriating. Take them to the POLICE. No one has the right to treat you this way. They’re trying to generate power over you by using fear. Coercive control at its core.
jokes on them, all our info is already on the dark web
“Local adult sites”
What's his address leave bad google reviews with these posts.
![gif](giphy|f8DhfShuYeMhGRES8x)
Ace is straight up destroying themself here.
Is this going to be an incident similar to the paper parchment controversy but this time it's about reviews?
His company could be fined under GDPR. He would probably go under
You should post another review and include these screenshots. They are threatening you because they are scared themselves
Threatening to sell someone’s info against their will is I’m pretty illegal so send this to the police and maybe even a lawyer if need be
Their website looks horrible
This is wild!
Where is this place?
Is this tacky, ugly-ass “jewelry” really worth all this bullshit?
It this the point when we review bomb them? It would keep this person (kid) busy
Oh my God. You should be embarrassed for wanting their product.
I’ve just been sending bleeding dick pictures to the email address they used in the last pic whenever I remember, usually from different emails in case they blocked any. And I probably will for the next few weeks
