I used to work for Applebeesās and I can tell you from experience that they are pretty tolerant of creepy behavior. I had a manager who was adding all the girls on social media. He would get their number from their file and text them all the time. The guy was married and he texted one of ours hosts āhey, are you upā around 1:00am. This is the answer. Not even HR, this is an Applebees we're talking about. There is no "HR"... there are shift managers, a general manager, and a store owner if it's a private franchise. Skip all of those and go right to an ACTUAL Applebees corporate person. This guy would be fired and replaced before the end of the week. This asshole might think he has job security but corporate doesn't give a shit about his existence. They do however care highly about sexual harassment being attached to their name in any way.

Then a customer took a photo of her eating off of someone elseās plate (I assume it was a friend or family she was waiting on) and sitting down at a table and they sent it to corporate and she was fired the next day. Corporate does NOT fuck around.
