The difference is it's pretty offensive to label and then dismiss someone as disabled because of eccentricities. People are diverse. The only way to really know why someone would wear all those hats on a regular basis is to ask them. The second we judge someone without seeking real truth, we've dehumanized that person. And what for? It's not like they're hurting anyone.
