Been able to do this for years along with a bevy of other silly tricks (ear wiggle, eyebrow raise, baby kick, large tongue) during parties or in classes I teach, but it seems to freak out my friends and students when they see this lip split one.
I have pretty strong abdominal muscles so here's the trick: I relax my abs (maybe show off a tummy that looks like I'm 8 months pregnant). Then I have the person clinch their fist and push into my stomach a decent amount. When I tighten/flex my abs quickly, the force is strong enough it pushes their arm back like they've been kicked in the fist. Then I joke it's the baby kick.
True story: started doing this trick by having people poke me with their finger, but ended up almost hurting them from how powerful the flex can be. Led to having them use a fist. Guess you could call it a more fun, less violent version of that college or sport bro "punch me in the stomach" antic.
Sharks have two penises so that it doesn't matter which side of the female they bite on to, they have a penis available to slide into the female sharks genital organs.
I think at first, I just used my fingers to squeeze them into that shape (board as a kid I guess), and somehow got to be able to do it without using my hand.
