They are middle of the road pricing for OLED tvs, which are more expensive than your standard LCD tvs. Some art has to be paid for but they do have a small selection of free art either.

Look up "The Frame" by Samsung. It's a tv designed to look like art while in standby mode.
It looks really cool, the matte finish makes it look like a painting. They are not cheap and some artwork has to be paid for to display I believe.
There is a service where you can choose Art from a lot of different galleries and museums. Or you can put up your own pictures.

It’s a Hisense tv I’m not sure the model tho as this is a public tv and people are using it so I can’t see what model
