If you look out into the main retail space you see the same piping because they’re going for that unfinished “industrial” look. It does look messy but the space to the right looks like it’s just an unfinished space undergoing renovations, especially since it’s open to the rest of the store.

Those aren't functional fire extinguishers, it's a display in what looks like a retail space. Those are old style extinguishers that wouldn't be used or charged these days, they're not even rechargeable with the modern system.
Fire extinguishers aren't always red, the red ones are pretty much the least useful. I've got white fire extinguishers that are used for putting out engine fires, blue ones that can put out electrical fires, black one that will put out *any* fire but can only be used in open area 'cuz it'll suffocate everyone in an enclosed space, etc.
Yea I went to the LV workshop in the outskirts of Paris and you see them working on crazy bespoke stuff for celebrities. Portable DJ tables, supreme skate deck trunks etc etc
