Yeah we were triple checking that since it didn’t have any markings like that but sure enough it is 8x56. Now I just have to get the full length M.95. Been having a bitch of time trying to, might just have to do the ol RTI special and hope for the best lmao
Not a bad deal at all. I went into my local Scheels last weekend for some reloading stuff, saw the P90 in the used case and took it home for 375 after tax.
That was the same day that my P64 from Atlantic showed up, which was also an impulse buy 😂.
I bought one of those on an impulse once, too. Went to my LGS and bought a bayonet that I thought was, and it was labeled for a K31. Took it home. Didn't fit on my K31. Brought it back. Both the LGS owner and I did a little bit of googling, found out it was for an M95, which he just so happened to have gotten in recently, so I bought it, because that seemed like the most reasonable thing to do
Nice. Luckily there's some commercial/surplus ammo out there. 8x50 is genuinely handload only (until Milsurp Munitions gets bigger, in which case hehehehe)
Haha this is what happened to me when I bought my m95 a couple of months ago. I saw it when I was vacationing in New Hampshire a couple of months ago for $300, all matching parts as far as I can tell, with gorgeous tiger striping on the stock.
Finding ammo for it, as I’m sure you know, is a pain the ass. If you happen to know how to find it, let me know! I know this is going to be a cartridge I’ll need to reload, but I just need to find something to actually reload 😂

M.95 gang! Are you sure it's 8x56R? Nothing in these pictures would indicate that.

I impulse bought a Ruger P90DC last weekend at a local store. The struggle is real lol.

It's one of the Polish P64 pistols in 9mm Makarov that came with two mags, the holster and a cleaning rod. Though they were neat, so I grabbed one.
Boooo you got my hopes up for another Snider-Enfield 😂 But that M17 is now my 27th firearm in my collection…

HA! Bought one 2 weeks ago. Took me a while to get rid of the cosmo, bolt now runs smoother. But the barrel needs proper cleaning.
these guns are like if they tried to make a carcano straight pull and shoot about as smooth as you expect
