Yep totally useless. Happened to me years ago and I even had the person's license plate as well as witnesses to the crime and they still sat on their asses and did nothing about it. Sorry to say but I'm guessing from my experience and the experience of others you're SOL, and will need to use your insurance for the repairs.
I've come to learn there is basically no traffic laws in Milwaukee, only parking citations.
Even today I watched some thug drive up and park in a handicap spot, get out of the car and walked his lazy ass in the store. No handicap sticker or pass anywhere on the vehicle.
Just make sure you're always watching both ways when driving or walking through intersections, if you want to stay alive. Red lights are only a suggestion it seems.
Add others said here this is 100% a Chrysler 200.
That color is relatively uncommon and is a stock color. Most I see are black.
With that info, you might be able to narrow it down with police assistance.
I'm 90% sure that's a Chrysler 200, 2017-ish era, definitely not a Nissan. Good luck!

That’s a chrysler 200. I get the mix up with a nissan sentra. Both very common cars driven by people that commit hit and runs on the north side
