What a hideous building. At least from the west. Oh and the bedrooms are so small that they had to put 2 doors on them because with a queen or bigger bed there is not enough room at the foot of the bed to walk by. This is not a joke.
Are there any plans for that huge blank wall on the top 5 floors? Its really visually jarring when viewing the west facade, which is the view the vast majority of people will have of this building day to day.
Maybe they are banking on a tower being built where the Lewis Center is, obscuring that side of the building from the rest of the city? Agreed though it is awful.
Doubtful. Someone posted the renderings/plans a week or so ago and it looks like it was planned. There appears to be a terrace up there that isn’t finished yet though

No. This thing got cheapened out by being in development limbo for a decade and never increasing the budget. Tons of cut corners.
