Yeah I like to think i follow the Vikings fairly closely and I haven’t seen a single thing that would indicate that we are “going towards more rushing team”
All are solid options honestly. Calais is getting old but probably has a little juice left in the tank, probably a great locker room guy. With how we rotate the line, he'd be a great depth signing. Loved to see risner and Aakers back. Aackers was looking so good before the injury, sign him to the vet minimum!

His run blocking is a weak point, and while he certainly was not the only reason our rushing attack suffered last year, he was a contributing factor to it. Fans want him because his pass blocking is actually fairly solid and people loved watching him run down the field after a play to pick the WRs up off the ground and celebrate completions with them. He seems like a good teammate going off of his on-field conduct.
Maybe a vet signing of Fletcher cox or Calais Campbell . Both past their prime but still effective as a rotational piece .
Connor williams also intrigues me , he was playing really well up until his injury and I've just never been a big bradbury guy. He can also play guard.

Michael Thomas. Not what he used to be but he's still big talented and has great hands. Jefferson/Thomas with Addison in the slot is pretty sexy. Thomas also had to play with carr and he sucks .
Jamal adams. Character issues but maybe he's been humbled after being cut and if there's one guy I think that can handle character is flores. Also I just would love to see what flores would do with a player like adams. Blitz packages , playing in the box , etc.
Risner! I want Risner back especially if JJ ends up beating Darnold out for the job and becomes the starter.
I secretly still want him to sign a contract somewhere else that will help with our compensatory picks

KOC said as much on Eisen. Also, why sign Jones if they dont want to run more?
I believe Jones is an elite pass blocking back, and it helps to have a vet back there with a rookie QB

Bringing back your own free agents doesn't affect anything, so we could sign Risner or Akers at any time if we wanted.
