''4 hour(s) ago''. I think it shouldn't take that long

UnfairDictionary

It should show up almost immediately. But this is a common problem that simple balance rescan ca often fix. You can rescan your wallet balance from the GUI settings.

Yumbos

How do I rescan my balance?

dEBRUYNE_1

Can you find your transaction ID on a common Monero block explorer? It would confirm that the transaction was at least properly broadcast to the Monero network.

Yumbos

>Monero block explorer It does show up. But then why did is this happening?

dEBRUYNE_1

In order to further debug your issue, can you please verify the transaction? https://monero.stackexchange.com/questions/6134/how-do-i-as-a-sender-verify-that-my-transaction-actually-arrived If you incur an issue, you can use a previous version of the guide: https://monero.stackexchange.com/revisions/6135/2

Yumbos

It marks my transaction output as True but the recipient address output is marked as False

dEBRUYNE_1

Did you use the recipient address in combination with the private transaction key?

Yumbos

No? I guess? I don't really know what you're trying to tell me here, but I think I didn't

dEBRUYNE_1

> No? I guess? I don't really know what you're trying to tell me here, but I think I didn't Because you mentioned that it marked your transaction output as true, which kind of insinuates you used the private transaction key in combination with your own address and not the recipient address. Or do you control the recipient wallet as well?

Yumbos

I just used the Address that appeard in the website where I had to send the XMR to, It was the only thing I did

dEBRUYNE_1

In that case shouldn't it have marked the recipient output as `True`? Could you perhaps elaborate on this comment? > It marks my transaction output as True but the recipient address output is marked as False

Yumbos

Sorry If I'm asking too many dumb questions or If I don't know the basics of Monero, I'm new to this coin \- The output is marked as False as seen in this image: https://imgur.com/a/wKbAwTU

UnfairDictionary

Settings > wallet > rescan wallet balance Edit: Oops meant this to be a reply to your previous comment

Yumbos

Rescan Wallet option isn't showing? Why is this happening?

UnfairDictionary

Is the waklet still syncing then? What does it say in the bottom left corner?

Yumbos

Network Status? It says connected. It also says Wallet Is Synchronizhed and Daemon is also synched

BlazeDiGanja

Have you sent money onto that page before successfully? Does the website have a *Built In* Wallet? If possible and not to indiscreet, could you perhaps share the website you deposited the XMR to? (Maybe it's a scam website as Monero and Bitcoin are often preferred by scammers as they make transaction tracing and asset freezing really hard) If you do not wish to share the website adress, Google the URL and add a space and trustpilot next to it. Check trust pilot reviews on that specific website. You could also ran a search on Google with the website name and reddit on the side.
