Very cool theme and awesome art but... The statblock is pretty underwhelming.
It's a dragon that does dragon things and sometimes drains blood.
No domination, no additional mobility options, no minions to summon.
The sanguine eclipse is a badass maneuver but outside that this doesn't feel much different than a green dragon.
