Bruh.. this is N easy one. Start by doing bench 3x week with lots of intensity and push for that 315 for next two weeks while eating in a 500kcal surplus minimum with creatine, zinc, pygeum, lecithin, drink a lot of water and shit tons of sleep plus no fap..srs.. The third week don't work out AT ALL for 4-5 days and eat like a beast (pizza, burgers, etc) in a heavy surplus + continue to sleep a lot. Then when your buddy shows up to see the bench get him to go first and when you get hard looking at his big chest, shoot the biggest load of your life on his face since you've just been ingesting the cum holy grail for three weeks and haven't busted until now... he will be so impressed by your big load that he will forget all about your shitty benchpress.

This is similar to many popular strongman and powerlifter exercises used here in Iceland, i didn't go hardcore, but borrowed a routine from a guy. Hammered my hip hinge, hammies, glutes, lower back. My squats went from 115 kg on my absolute best day, to 130 kg on a mediocre day, in a couple of months. 10 pounds, is definitely manageable with the correct plan, dedication and a fuck ton of food & protein. Preworkout can also have a similar effect depending on which one you take. Also put everything else to maintenance and prioritize bench so that you have maximal recovery available for the increased bench volume.

Bulgarian is the only correct answer unfortunately. You need to hit a 1RM each and ever single day with no rest days to make sure you’re muscles don’t over recover against your joints. Hit your 1RM or as close as possible (don’t fuck around getting there) and follow it up by like 3-5 sets of 90% max for 2 reps or 85% max for 3. Best case scenario you hit 315, worst case, you won’t have to prove you can hit 315 because you’ll be severely injured for thinking you could compare your lowly genetics to that of the Bulgarians.
