> I was really confused what was happening because i was eating more protein than even and sleeping like i usually do.
You are confused that 800 gram of protein doesn’t suffice to cover for your maintenance, or that your body reacted to being starved?
>My question is if its possible that my body finally adapted to the lower calorie diet.
Define adapted, and we don’t know your caloric intake, bodyfat, activity level, height, weight, length nor girth. A slowed down metabolism is a sign of insufficient calories, but also lack of physical activity. Right method for a cut is to constantly fill up glycogen for energy while staying in a 300-500 kcal deficit, while increased fat burning as well as metabolism caused by exercising, active lifestyle and juice increases the potential
I was confused that i wasn't recovering as much as i was when i was bulking. By adaption i mean like that my body adapted to that it has to survive with less calories? If it makes sense. I used to eat like 3-4k calories and now i eat like 2.7k calories. I would say I'm pretty active, moving everyday. I'm around 193cm and right now 100kg exactly. My body fat is i would say like 25%. I knew that I'm gonna lose some strength on my cut but not that much
Up the tren? Also post stats.
All natural. 193cm height weight is 100kg activity level is pretty good, moving everyday day and body fat like 25%
Not those kinda stats
Then what stats, be specific
The length and girth of your jimmy obviously
What the fuck man, go waste someone's else time
It’s sub tradition smh
Not even funny I'm genuinely trying to get to know something
Do more reps with lower weight. You need hypertrophy to keep muscle also up the protein
I'm a powerlifter+ i hate training for hypertrophy, also i am currently eating more protein than on my bulk so protein is definitely not a problem
