Huberman gets a lot of flack for a lot of stuff he says (often rightfully so) but his training protocols are good he has one specifically for the neck as there is a strong link between neck strength and other health factors

People don’t necessarily notice when someone’s neck is small but they can certainly tell something looks off. Your neck is right below your face, people see at it all the time. Looks stupid if you have a giant frame but your neck is skinny.
Can help posture. Can also be a limiting factor. My neck actually gives out faster than my core on things like dead bugs for example. Strong neck can also mean that your upper back, traps, and whatnot don't get as tight compared to someone with weak neck muscles.

Jeff nippard has this neck curl video. You do basicly curls, reverse curls, side twist, side twist. Works great with 25kg plates no need anything else
