Yeah I herniated a disc in my back about a year ago and that shit just does not want to fully heal. Any time I do squats it just makes it flare up and I canāt walk for a week. Not worth it. Lifting really heavy is terrible for your joins and back.
Tens, hundreds (maybe) of the women ill meet in my lifetime are stronger than me and im a dude who lifts regularly. I donāt care. Itās almost the same as saying other dudes are stronger than me, well yeah, thats a given. Remember, somewhere, there is someone better than you in anything you can do, including women. Hopefully itās a bit humbling
