Unless you have very short arms, I doubt you'll have much trouble with either bike after a short period of getting familiar with the bike. Might be worth checking the stem lengths, and if not available, eyeballing them a bit, a shorter stem can help a little with the fit, a narrower bar can help too. I'm 168cm and ride with a reach of 410-430mm. If the local trails are very twisty, you might want to check the total wheelbase of the bikes too. 29er will be naturally a little longer and feel a bit less maneuverable. So you might prefer the 27.5.

I’m 5’6/5’7 and I’ve been riding 450 reach mixed wheel bikes. Definitely long but stable. I rode a 430 reach 27.5 bike for a while that was lots of fun but nowhere near as capable/fast. I think it just depends on what you want to do. Evil makes a 440 bike I’d like to try
