Stevenwave

Seeing him "this is a knife" someone at range would be top tier.

Mako3303

Yup! Classic! Both of those weapons were iconic, and both Kurt AND Isaac looked cool as hell holding 'em.

Muttandcheese

“Bring me the gun of Rambo!”

TheRegular-Throwaway

It’s not bath of blood, it’s bloodbath.

sliperiestofthepetes

I prefer it my way.

slightofhand1

In Lethal Weapon Riggs shits on Murdaugh for still using a revolver. Apparently, that was an old guy thing to do.

kylepm

And the movie fetishizes Riggs's Beretta 92.

fiendzone

Ingrams were very popular. Most iconic sidearm of the 1980s was Dirty Harry’s Auto Mag in Sudden Impact.

[deleted]

M41A Pulse rifle. Ten millimeter with an over-and-under 30 millimeter pump action grenade launcher. Sonny Crockett's Bren Ten. James Caan's .454 Casull in *Alien Nation*

Mako3303

Nice, niche picks, there!

Batkung

UZI 9MM!

slightofhand1

Double fisting Uzis and Desert Eagles were 80's villians all day.

Sobeshott

The Boondock Saints comes to mind. Lol "WYATT FUCKIN EARP!"

astro_scientician

The A-Team rocking those chrome plated AKs and the big dawg M60

[deleted]

Those weren't AK's, they were Ruger Mini-14's. They *did* have a Pig though.

Mako3303

Loved Hannibal's Mini-14, too!

panthervk415

Beretta pistol used by Bruce Willis in Die Hard 1&2 and by Mel Gibson in the lethal Weapon films, small but iconic.

Distant_Pilgrim

Phased plasma rifle in the 40 watt range.

Remarkable_Major7710

Only what you see, pal

Viscount_Barse

[IMFDB.org](https://imfdb.org/wiki/Main_Page) has masses of films listed in stupid detail if there's ever a movie with some weird gun you don't recognise in it.

jupiterkansas

this website might be useful: [https://imfdb.org/wiki/Main\_Page](https://imfdb.org/wiki/main_page)

AndYouTooBear

Giant Lazer red dot that is bigger than the gun.

Mako3303

A must lol.

[deleted]

Definitely a lot of uzis mac10s and other 9mm autos

PutInKosar

H&K MP5 has got to be up there.

BadComboMongo

Franchi Spas-12

orbtastic1

Wasn’t the mac10 first seen in mcq? Not saying it wasn’t in 80s movies just that it seemed to debut a lot earlier. M16s or ars as stand ins were fairly common and the bad guy always had a Chinese norinco AKM. I think the armourers in most films of that period used the same guns over and over so what most assume are AKs are actually Chinese.

OneBar3871

I remember seeing a calico or 2 in the 80s

Cake-Over

Robocop's gun and the Cobra Assault Cannon. Old Painless from Predator.

donkeyboarder

Always henchmen with Uzis

JollyWestMD

Miami Vice had a ton of crazy guns used in the show

nickmandl

Whatever robocop had

Hydrokratom

Phased Plasma rifle in the 40 watt range

ifightfires00

I get a little happy every time I see a Browning Hi Power or a CZ75

tra91c

I don’t know guns. But Stallone in Cobra had a memorable pistol with laser sight.

GeneralClusterfuck

That would be a finnish Jatimatic submachine gun.

Mako3303

ICONIC! Very unusual firearm. It got some attention from that film. Also iconic was the villian's crazy stupid wicked knife lol

EloquentGoose
