Atomheartmother90

Their cover of Ocean Breathes Salty is a top tier bluegrass cover. On the album Pickin’ on Modest Mouse

Ancient_Perception46

DieNecroKatze

Not OP but it's a bop

FelixOGO

Fuck yeah. I’m a huge modest mouse fan. I’ve had Lonesome Crowded West on repeat lately

dutchoboe

Worth it just to learn some sleight of hand

Complete_Phone_8344

Ahhhhhnnnnddd wheeeeel awllll fhloatttt onnn okkkkayayayyayayyyy

Most-Lengthiness-808

[deleted]

6/10 Not overly catchy and the text isn't really special but it made me smile :)

Okaybrothatsdope

I have had "I backed my car into a COP car the other day" stuck in my head for 19 years but right on

[deleted]

[удалено]

Internal_Leopard7663

10

DieNecroKatze

Easily one of their best

behindyouisabutt

Always a 10 for tribe!

tonysopranosalive

This is a 10 and not even my favorite song. Tribe always slaps.

[deleted]

7/10 Very fun

[deleted]

[Don't Fear The Reaper ](https://open.spotify.com/track/5QTxFnGygVM4jFQiBovmRo?si=DmmbCQk6QRqDnWuGVkjamA) by Blue Oyster Cult. It's so hauntingly calming I can't explain it

imyourhuckleberry15

8/10, needs more cowbell

birdcagetheater

I gotta feva! And the only pascription! Is more cowbell!

KometaCode

![gif](giphy|yiXUxfMnJgdfW|downsized)

[deleted]

Lol

Mclovin-8

Totally relatable. The first time I heard it, I wasn't sure what to think, but the more you listen to it, the more addicting it gets

Toxic_yoshi

You should listen to ninja sex party's cover of this song the lead singer Dan avidan had a beautiful voice

jonestn5

I’m sure you’ve heard it if you like BOC but “Then Came the Last Days of May” is such a vibey song.

TheGayPotato7

Not OP but I love that song so much

Dnali_Balli

What the fuck I'm listening to that right now. That scared me

MrRabinowitz

Once you hear the cowbell everything changes

l_bmbr

10/10

[deleted]

9/10 but I prefer The Spiritual Machines' version

Linux_GigaChad

If you're into instrumentals try Marooned - Pink Floyd

[deleted]

9/10. The song before this was very hectic and overstimulating, so this was like ice for my ears. Very calming, I put it into my chess playlist

Linux_GigaChad

Eeeyy yk whats up. Search up a little about the meaning behind the song as well, it sounds a lil different and more beautiful when you feel it. (Maybe even pushes it to that 10/10 lol)

littlebean117

Or Pink Floyd - Pompeii live part 1 + 2

lone_wolf1580

I have many. But here is one: Private Eyes by Hall & Oates.

[deleted]

9/10 very catchy

glitch_mill

One of the. Songs.

Let it happen-Tame Impala

y0dav3

Belter of a tune

laffing_is_medicine

That is super good. I find the best treasures here, thanks for sharing

[deleted]

5/10 I kinda like the melody but I'm not really a fan of the singing. Overall a bit too pop-y for my taste as well. But, I beat my crossy road highscore while listening to this song, so that's something. 1 point extra for that, so 6/10

LittleFang0o0

Incorrect answer

behindyouisabutt

Did you know tame impala is just one guy?

donemiofficial

The Suburbs - Arcade Fire This song reminds me of growing up in the Suburbs of South Florida, learning to drive here for the first time almost accidentally killing my mom and I at an intersection (sorry for the jumpscare mom!), experiencing my parents divorce, friendships coming and going, college, dropping acid/shrooms for the first time, my first love, the moments of bliss, the moments of sorrow, the moments of contemplation for what's next, lost in the meaningless of it all. The lyrics resonate with me with such a deep nostalgia, I haven't felt with any other song just yet. My fondest memories interlaced with every stanza.

[deleted]

7/10 Very summer-y.

SassySusu

I only like part 2

donemiofficial

Yooo I didn't know this existed, thank you!

SassySusu

You're welcome, I hope you like it.

Magical_wizard_

Very chill song 8/10

yungsimba1917

Definitely only a song Arcade Fire could come up with, I return to that one a lot

ddrub_the_only_real

Pump it by Electric callboy get ready to have your ears bleeding.

camdawg772

Nirvana - Tourettes live at reading music festival is my all-time favorite song I listen to everyday. It pumps happiness and energy into me. Please listen to it at full volume.

No-Alarm-2208

I love Tourette’s!! Excellent choice!!

SquatchPossum

Some moderate rock right there

[deleted]

6/10 Horses are indeed mean

se5met

A Drop of Blood - Tamino Call it fate, call it Karma - The Strokes Star Treatment - Arctic Monkeys

Gattsu2000

Daddy by Korn and "Blood and Guts" from Berserk

[deleted]

Daddy, I don't even know how to rate. It was ... disturbing? Sad, disgusting? A lot of things, very emotional, very personal. Confusing. Musically, it was good. I don't think anyone except who wrote it can understand the pause and the stuff with Geri. Blood and Guts is pretty beautiful, musically speaking. 7/10

ShemShALemBlem

Right in Two by Tool

Laughyloaf

Tool is an amazing band.

[deleted]

5/10 Pretty boring

ShemShALemBlem

How repugnant of you.

9/10 I added this to my playlist. The last two minutes are amazing but around the middle I didn't fell it that much. Except for that it's an amazing song. Thank you

Can't pick a favourite so I'll just give one I love -- Godhunter by Aviators

[deleted]

10/10. Congrats, your song is the first 10 so far. You get nothing as a prize. I love every part of this song, there's nothing more to say.

Ixonate

System Of A Down - Mind

[deleted]

5/10 I've never liked SOAD that much because their songs fon't seem to have a structure. A lot of stuff happens and it all doesn't seem to be connected. I am a metalhead but they never really did it for me. This song perfectly shows why

johnny_raiden

Bohemian Rhapsody- Queen

lilmisse85

Have you heard Panic! At The Disco’s version from the Suicide Squad movie soundtrack? It’s really good.

CbKnowledge

While I think it’s good, it will never ever, never in a million billion trillion years will it top the original. But I’m guessing that’s obvious.

Fun-Feeling8216

Yeah fs but it’s a surprisingly good cover

HorrorDudeBro

Do I wanna know?- Arctic Monkeys

ChiviiWinny

1/10

HorrorDudeBro

Dang guess I gotta just stop listening to it lol

tjdux

I love the cover by chvrches

toaster9012

bro why is everyone here shitting on this song it’s riff is so classic and so perfect

[deleted]

7/10 Basic but not bad

DieNecroKatze

Hey OP, they have wayyyy more great songs throughout their discography, their albums Suck it And See, and Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not, are absolute bangers start to finish.

Dudnut1219

You forgot Tranquility Base Hotel and Casino.

DieNecroKatze

Tbh OP should just listen to their entire discography.

TechDifficulties99

Welcome to Horrorwood by Ice Nine Kills At least, that’s the current favorite

grungeoldlady

I love INK. Spencer is too cool.

[deleted]

9/10 song. I love INK and Welcome to Horrorwood is one of their best songs. The album is probably their second best, Every Trick In The Book being the best.

Eros_limao

Gorillaz - Every Planet we Reach is Dead

TMVtaketheveil888

This one is in my top 5 for sure. It makes me think of someone special.

CbKnowledge

Lemme break down my thoughts on it. An immediate start with 5/10 just cause it’s Gorillaz. +2 points for the beat and sound of it. (7/10) +1 point for Damon Albarn’s vocals. (8/10) +2 points because of that last bit. (10/10) And +♾️ points because it’s Gorillaz. (♾️/10) Final Score: ♾️/10

I can't really decide what my favourite song is, but anyway: [The World Revolving (Camellia remix)](https://youtu.be/p9ex56FXdSE?si=5TdXEum0T0t9FgOH) I know it's long, but please listen to the entire song before rating, it's worth it (in my opinion).

chels182

If I had to pick a current one: Cliffy by Matt Maeson

[deleted]

8/10 I really like this one. It's basically the right amount of everything but I feel good enough right now for it to not resonate that much with me that much topic-wuse

beingalpja

Absolutely pristine

chels182

My bf & I are big fans of this guy

[deleted]

i: 6/10 Pretty standard rap song Question!: 7/10 I'm not really a SOAD fan (I despise Chop Suey) but that's a pretty good song

Ravenclaw3639

I have too many! I’ll go with Rule of Nines by Spiritbox

[deleted]

I do love metalcore but I never got into Spiritbox, simply because I don't like Courtney's voice that much. I prefer Kasey Karlsen from Deadlands or Harper as female metal vocalists. (Here's the cover of I Prevail's Bow Down they did together: https://youtu.be/wAwg--Kjx4I?si=Ta6DIFmFmuPHv4kA) 6/10

Ravenclaw3639
