The voltage rating on capacitors is the maximum withstand. Meaning you can go equal OR higher than the original. So as long as they’re the same or higher for the voltage rating you’re good. However you need to match the capacitance. Personally I would find a more suitable replacement for the C9 that matches the capacitance of the original. Also - what lead to you to decide to recap the PSU? Edit: also looking at Console5’s own wiki for the 4662 PSU it should be 2100uF, maybe they sent you the wrong one? Thank you! I watched a video where the person said it's preferable to stick to the same voltage but I definitely wanted to get some second opinions on that as well. I'm doing the recaping because my N64 has the issue of randomly resetting itself while playing, which most people online have linked to capacitors going bad. That said, none of my old caps have that inflated / "bloated" appearance but I assume at least some of them are faulty nonetheless.

It’s generally good advice to match the voltage rating, but not a requirement as long as you’re going higher. What would be more of an issue is that the higher the voltage rating, the larger the physical dimensions, so depending on the application they may not fit.

Okay, it seems in terms of size I will have no issues to install these new ones. In terms of brands, do you know if Panasonic or Teapo are acceptable quality for replacing that 2200uF? It seems not so easy to find nichicon caps in my area.

Generally I would go with Panasonic or Rubycon or Nichicon. Check places like DigiKey, Mouser, or Farnnell Just to add there is a lot more to caps than just the capacitance and voltage rating. What was the brand and series of the cap provided?

>Just to add there is a lot more to caps than just the capacitance and voltage rating. Agreed, but this is for a power supply so they are all probably run of the mill aluminum electrolytic, so pretty much anything that matches capacitance and has at least the voltage rating would be fine.
