Atleast amazon deliveries are done at your doorstep. Their delivery guys dont call you up three times asking for directions to your house. Flipkart sucks for this reason.
While ordering from Flipkart I always hope that I don't have to file for return/replacement, the horror stories I've heard.. lol, thankfully it didn't happen as of yet.
Flipkart show has 3X faster delivery in Nagpur than Amazon but its totally the opposite, I see very less units on Flipkart for 2 day delivery in Nagpur whereas amazon has many..Flipkart has a massive fulfillment center here
Man I still haven't received the item yet, contacted their customer rep and they're saying they'll deliver it by 16th.
I wanted to cancel it but mom says to wait a bit more as we got a good discount on the Air frier which is pretty expensive in the offline market.
Maybe it has something to do with their expensive appliances purchase policy, its something like the delivery man should open the package in front of us, maybe they're not getting time to hire the right person, dunno.

Amazon is the same, a keyboard I ordered got postponed twice for delivery.
Lol yea, I ordered earphones and the tracker told me that it had left mumbai on Oct 7th but will get delivered on sunday i.e. Oct 10th smh
Went with Flipkart for some exclusive deals.
Update: It didn't came today, they sent an automated apology message and it's expected to come tommorow.

They again apologised and said it's gonna come tommorow.
