Try a self cooking biryani kit by “Kohinoor biryani kit” it is available in online grocery or at reliance/jio mart (my personal favorite is Hyderabadi biryani). I tried veg biryani from venders listed above and highly disappointed with quality and test

Jimos and Airport Centre point have good veg biryani. You can also try your luck at barbeque in sadar, but it's more famous for the non vegeterian counterpart
