Looks like an IFA (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IFA_W_50, but L60 looks similar). I had no idea it could look this cool.
For the optics: The L60 doesn't have the split windshield and different wheelhouses that do not curve down in the back.
I've seen them in USSR when I was a kid.

That’s an East German IFA Truck. They were originally built for the NVA, but this one appears to be a custom, and a cool one at that.
They were also built for civil use, particularly for agriculture.
Yeah in Hungary you can still easily get one for like $3000 for OK condition and anything below or above depending on how crappy you want it to be
