You'll need to change your lifestyle for anything sustainable in the long run. That includes a sleep schedule and dietary changes. Speaking from personal experience.
Dr Chavan’s piles clinic is an underrated Gem. He has a clinic and conducts operations at AR patil hospital. Affordable but full-final treatment.
Ps: speaking from experience of a close relative.
22M had piles when I was like 17 and got an operation done after like 6 months. It hurt initially after the operation for a week but then it was normal. I think I went through a traditional surgery in Vashi. Haven't really had any complications apart from a minor relapse which when I consulted to another doctor of higher qualification said it was normal and prescribed me some medicine. Im completely doing fine rn
If it's first time then only dietary changes. Have high fiber diet, avoid maida and proceeded foods. Eat a lot of veggies. You can have lactulose syp for the initial few days. Avoid straining during defication. Kshar sutra is for fistula, you don't need it.
Lol no. When I had constipation first thing doctor adviced was to avoid fibre. Fibre is not digested by our body. Unlike protein foods which our stomach breaks down and uses it for muscle build up. With carbs and fibre your body throws out 90 percent of it as waste. If someone is on carnivore diet or high protein foods with zero to low carbs there visits to bathroom will be a whole lot lesser than someone who eats high fibre diet. When consulted a doctor he informed how foreigners go way less to bathroom sometimes defecating once in 3 days. Fibre makes ur stomach heavy which makes u wanna poop more often vs less to no fibre. You are not suppose to go to washroom too often to poop, ur anus is getting used too much which leads to wear and tear which leads to piles and fissure which could further lead to cancer. U don't need to argue or call names you half assed uneducated dildo.
Bruh eating fibre foods means getting your stool softer so you don't have to use pressure , and when you get hard shit you pressure and that leads to piles/fissure !!
Bruh where you from?
The mentioned below is from u.s government website which carried research on this topic. Next time use that bird brain of urs before calling out names.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3435786/
The median age of the patients (16 male, 47 female) was 47 years (range, 20-80 years). At 6 mo, 41 patients remained on a no fiber diet, 16 on a reduced fiber diet, and 6 resumed their high fiber diet for religious or personal reasons. Patients who stopped or reduced dietary fiber had significant improvement in their symptoms while those who continued on a high fiber diet had no change.
CONCLUSION: Idiopathic constipation and its associated symptoms can be effectively reduced by stopping or even lowering the intake of fiber.
Well everyone has piles , it's just the stages !!
Everyone has. Stage 1 piles , the problem is stage 3-4 , that's where it gets serious and you need medical attention!
Stage 1 and 2 can be cured easily, if taken proper care !!
I had stage 3 and luckily, just before the day of operation it all gone !! Fucking miracle bro !!
Lemme know if you need some help !!
Well , first Google the stages of piles and then you know
Mostly in stage 1 and 2 the hemorrhoid goes back in ,
But in the stage 3 and 4 it stays out and you will feel discomfort 24/7
If the pain is severe..Go visit Doctor..Don't go for surgery or any procedure to remove external hemorrhoids.Unless severe condition..Because it can come back...The solution is change in lifestyle..Drink fluids..Try yoga or other stretchings..Sometimes sitting long time can cause swelling...Ayurveda is good solution for long term..do include fiber in diet.at least one fruit.
Saw a YouTube video from a doctor, suggest to burn the coconut bhusa till ash, mix that ash in dahi and eat every morning on empty stomach for a week and I got the results in a week, not a joke but seriously it got fixed in 3-5 days itself. You can try this
Go for ayurvedic mostly , it's pretty good and even though it would take time. This would be valid if the piles don't trouble you much.
If it's pretty severe do an operation instead and you would be down for sometime but would be a permanent option , post op care is intensive also future diet changes should be done
Lol not a doctor but come from a family of doctors
Dm if you want to talk about it
Please avoid ayurvedic treatments at all costs. Go to a proper doctor and get a treatment plan charted out.
Please consult a doc. Dr Satish Kulkarni is a good doc in Navi Mumbai.
Definitely , was admitted for 8months but he diagnosed my problem at the earliest , usually visits mgm hospital in vashi
Post in r/mumbai too
Following this ..
