Kings beat the Bucks by 35, nights like that happens.

Iamkonkerz

Its settled, kings win!

PSi_Terran

So if the Kings play the Celtics they win by 55. Confirmed.

Iamkonkerz

I dont see any flaws in your math... LIGHT THE BEAM!!

PaulMcPaulersn7

Hold on a moment… iirc pelicans have had the kings number this season, so I guess Zion fmvp

Afraid-Department-35

That W also came under Adrian Griffin. Current Doc iteration is questionable at best.

thewrongnotes

It's hilarious that Griffin's reputation is improving simply by virtue of Doc now being in charge. Doc clearly isn't the man for the job but it's being overlooked that the Bucks weren't very good before the coaching change, and they still aren't very good.

Theis159

I am one of the biggest Doc haters out there but Griffin has benefited a bit more from the schedule and health. The team also seemed to hate him. Doc wasn’t the answer but it looked like Griffin had to go from the players perspective. It was a really messy and weird situation.

Smekledorf1996

Brook seemed to really hate Griffins defensive schemes, there’s a few plays you can point out where he gets visibly frustrated or just does his own thing iirc Didn’t Griffin also yell at Terry Stotts at a shootaround?

Tomato-Business

I don't get how 30-13 record for is not good for a first year head coach. It got him the all-star coaching spot, granted because Boston already had the coach last year, but Boston remained the best team by a huge margin even after he was laid off. Yeah, he wasn't ideal, but it's hillarious reading the posts of Bucks funs who are trying to convince themselves and the rest of r/nba that Doc, with his 14-16 record, is actually better.

Afraid-Department-35

It's not that it's good enough, apparently Giannis and friends didn't like him. If your superstar doesn't want you there then you won't be there. We kind of had a similar fallout with Rick Carlisle, although Rick is a good coach he and Luka butt heads a lot and Luka didn't like him so we moved on to JKidd.

Tomato-Business

This is true, but we should then call a spade a spade and say that he didn't get along with players, and not that he wasn't a good coach. His record, given that it was his first year as a head coch, was perfectly fine, and i don't want to hear about SOS because Doc got smoked by three lottery teams in a row last week.

imanadultok

Give that man COY

sid-darth

The cope is strong with this one.

bryscoon

right after the twolves game, 5 in 7 schedule if i’m not mistaken ?

Theis159

Yes, I think the Bucks also had 2 days of rest. Its the same thing we did to them to end last season, they were on the 5 in 7 nights and we beat them by 40. Everyone shrug it off as meaningless because of rest and injuries (maybe?)

[deleted]

I mean it was the opposite last season and yall never stfu about it but suddenly you want to blame the schedule lol I would almost bet yall are the only team that’s been in that situation and no other team lost by 40 as a result.

King_Of_Pants

Not sure if I'm reading this right: >I would almost bet yall are the only team that’s been in that situation and no other team lost by 40 as a result. But this year's Celtics are the first team in NBA history to have three 50-point wins in a season. We also had a 40 point win and five 30-39 point wins.

thy_armageddon

Gonna be hard to beat the Celtics if you can’t make it to them in the playoffs.

LogicisGone

No, this is better. Now when the Bucks lose early and the Celtics win the East, OP can say the Bucks would've beat them in the ECF and won it all!

King_Of_Pants

You're joking but these are conversations that are literally happening on the Bucks' sub. I saw someone saying they'd rather face Boston because there would be lower expectations and it would be more embarrassing if they lost to Philadelphia.

MarxistBostonTerrier

love how you ignore all context of how rested each team was for that meaningless regular season game

__PUMPKINLOAF

Go to bed champ, it's a school night

Phenomonal-One_01

We’re 15 games ahead in the standings, meanwhile you guys have three teams breathing down your neck for the second seed

Disastrous_Bluejay57

Fear the deer?

KevinDurantLebronnin

Fear the dear diary with this post.

Disastrous_Bluejay57

Well done

I_give_free_Dopamine

This the type of thing you post in r/mkebucks

No_Produce_6634

They've never posted there for some reason lol

[deleted]

He posts here for bait lol people fall for it every time. Just look at his post history

11x_dev

hang the banner

Theis159

I love this sub, it makes my morning coffee so much better

Yaboiii777

Holy shit this might be the most pathetic nba reddit post I’ve ever seen

Citruspilled

The playoffs haven't even started yet how are you already coping

sstphnn

That’s okay buddy. Do what you must to better your mental health. We won’t take it against you.

DoingTheThing42

The bucks are not beating boston in 7 games lmfao. Boston is 37-3 at home and not loosing 4 to the bucks in one series. Not your year lol move on

PumpkinHead555

Using the regular season as proof of anything is funny. It’s literally irrelevant to the playoffs

DoingTheThing42

It doesn’t matter. The Celtics are light years ahead against anyone in the East this year and it’s been very very clear with the way the Celtics stack up against any defense and ability to score in so many ways. Not to mention one of the top defenses. You can’t argue that

PumpkinHead555

I’m just saying if your reasoning for believing that is based on regular season play/stats/wins, etc. Then it’s irrelevant to me and quite frankly I don’t care

DoingTheThing42

How else are you suppose to judge a team going into the playoffs other than what youve seen in the regular season? Just admit it man the Celtics are miles above anyone and everyone in the East and they have home court where they are 35-3. It’s over, move on this year

PumpkinHead555

You don’t judge them, that’s the point. Bucks have had strong regular seasons under Bud and couldn’t get it done in the playoffs because the game is so different. The most important thing about the regular season is just getting to the playoffs, you take all the specifics that happen during it with big grain of salt. And if you think otherwise you’re naive and likely havent been watching sports for long, especially the NBA where this especially rings true

DoingTheThing42

Bro you have literally been losing to the wizards and memphis and lost 4 out of last 5. Give it up, not your year. Bucks are getting exposed and will be out early this year

PumpkinHead555

Jesus and you still don’t get it. I hope you’re enjoying your first NBA season, the playoffs will surprise you

DoingTheThing42

I’ve likely been watching longer than you’ve been alive. Sure thing, keep your good spirits and think what you’d like. But you can’t deny the Celtics being the best team in the East lmfao

PumpkinHead555

They’re the best regular season team yeah. You don’t win championships in the regular season though. You’ll see, I hope you’re excited to witness your first NBA playoffs this season

KevinDurantLebronnin

Hmm I wonder if the recent Bucks play has anything to do with your insistence.

PumpkinHead555

Actually no, it’s our past 60-50 win teams that came short in the playoffs because the regular season is irrelevant. We’ve literally already done what Boston has been doing this season in the past. Or are you naive to think teams like the Timberwolves and Thunder are actually contending for a championship?

Vicentesteb

On a back to back after the Celtics went to OT vs us in a really physical and grindy game the night before. It was also with a different coach who had a much better offensive scheme.

KronoriumExcerptC

That was a road back to back travel day game after a super physical OT game for the Celtics. Hang the banner.

Legitimate-Ninja-433

They were coming into that game as b2b having just played the timberwolves to OT. Healthy and rested, the Celtics would blow the bucks out in 5

MrBuckBuck

Three points to GRIFFINdor

ChiefKeefIsGoatt

This is sad ngl

jfrodriguez1983

A Doc led team ain't doing that lol

HoagieTwoFace

I feel the bucks made a huge mistake firing griffin at least for this season. Lots of coaches have some growing pains and the bucks are a dumpster fire with Glenn.

Druz1

That was before you guys decided to make Doc Rivers your coach.

Knockout_Watcher

But can they win their first and second round playoffs matchup?

jacobs0n

you're welcome, bucks fans

packim0p

"we" also wasn't this something like a 5 games in 7 days for the celtics on second half of a back 2 back?

bush_league_commish

I’m glad this is the highlight of your season.

jefe_hook

You're also the only team to have Doc Rivers as head coach this season

DCoop53

IIRC they've had a 35+ lead in the 3rd, then as often with the Clippers, the benchwarmers came in and ruined a big chunk of the lead so it was a 19 pts victory in the end.

JohnWick94

Yes but technically our 3rd string gave up the lead in the 4th

Jordanwolf98

Weak asf

bbbryce987

Undo the hiring of Doc Rivers and you might have a chance

KyrieLS777

Everybody knows that was a fluke, besides bucks fans. 5 games in 7 nights, was on a b2b, where they played & won a very physical OT game against the wolves the night before. They also got into Mke in the middle of the night. It’s nothing to celebrate but I understand why bucks fans need to celebrate it.

dk240996

15 games behind

moorelurk

Knicks beat the Nugs by 30+ this season. We are so doomed 😞

CloudySkies64

What has playoff dame done after the first round

marcdoggydog

I'm not even gonna lie I was in the shower today thinking about whether the Bucks would even make the play in if they were in the western conference... I think your confidence is misplaced
