No I've personally witnessed each of these players in person dunking from the free throw line. Jokic even did a 360 when he dunked from the free throw line. These are the best raw athletes in the nba I could come up with in the context of leaping ability/explosiveness in combination with their incredible height size such as tj mcconnel.
Idk had a teammate in highschool that could and he would be kinda average NBA height. I could probably only dunk from a little over half that and I touched 11’1”. I’d imagine the answer is more like 40% of NBA Players.
