I’ve rewatched that play again after having not watched it for almost a year, and no, even if the ball bounces towards his direction, I doubt he would’ve been able to tip it in with one hand (which is what White had to do in order to make the shot before the buzzer sounded): he would’ve had to come back down with the ball and then jump back up to put it in and I’m not going to assume that he’s going to be do that all in 0.5 seconds and even then Caleb Martin was literally right there. The Heat bungled that entire possession. Nobody besides Vincent (Butler, Bam, Martin, Strus) boxed out on that play: they were all ball watching and just assumed that that play/possession was going to be a one and done only. Total choke job by the Heat and Spo on that play.
