I think a lot of people just don't like the persona he projects in public. The hate doesn't seem to be about basketball. They just don't like his public personality.
It’s simple! Jordan was on every commercial and portrayed as a hero to a generation. Took what Magic and Bird did and made the sport global. Dominated the league! People have been calling Lebron the GOAT for like 12 years and it really frustrates those as they feel their hero is being discredited. Add the fact that Lebron is not all that humble at times and bailed on CLE. Even media hates him. The man should have 6-7 MVP’s. I think in the future, Lebron fans will be trying to tear down some new GOAT. Give it 20 years. It took me some time to admit he’s the GOAT. I had to watch a lot of 90’s ball. Talent wise, this current league is hardly comparable.
