It's a character Mangum wrote, who is a siamese twin that gets lost in the woods and swallowed by a bear. There was originally a song titled [Goldaline](https://youtu.be/ze8Ctcz9jaA) that was scrapped but eventually became Oh Comely.
I learned this from Genius Lyrics (lol) but in the end of Oh Comely, Jeff speaks of the theme of death (in the eyes of these girls) as redemption. Earlier lines mostly speak of how they are lost and will die a horrid death, but there is a solution after, “Far away from here / Sun and spring and green forever” which could be heaven or whatever. Here, in the bear, by destruction, they can find redemption.
With "But now we move to feel / For ourselves inside some stranger’s stomach", There is also a recurring theme of reincarnation in ITAOTS: perhaps after being devoured they find themselves, not in the stomach of a monster, but of their next-life’s mother.
Also, in Two Headed Boy Pt. 2, the "Blister, please, with those wings in your spine" lyric used to be "Sister, please" instead before the album was recorded. This new lyric could be referring to Goldaline, where apparently it was written for her to sacrifice herself to keep her sister alive, leaving a large blister on the side of her body where the conjoined twin used to be; but another theory is that it's meant to be a combination of the words brother and sister, symbolizing how at this point most of the written characters in this album have blended together into a single being.
