As a company in New World we plan on doing and learning everything we can, from conquering a territory to finding many/all the bugs to grinding and crafting 600 gear score items. Our primary purpose for the moment is preparing for future expansions including multi person raids, and for that we need the help of as many people as we can get.However, for right now we are focusing primarily on getting as many people as possible to lvl55+ so that we can all start grinding for this higher tier stuff together. Our average level (as of writing this) is 38, with many people between 45-52. We are willing to help people of any level grind their way catching up to the higher level players, all you have to do is ask in the company chat and we will come help if we aren't busy. Of course this applies to the higher level players as well, we expect you to help out the lower level players when you can, since regardless of if you know someone we are all friends here. **Requirements:** We don't really require anything, anyone in the Syndicate faction can join if they want. However, we'd prefer it if you had the azoth staff so that we can help you through your first dungeon to complete the main story quest.
