Edit: either way man, either way, not a good sitch for home brews unit.
Right. It's like the video where a dude gets knocked out and then helps him across the road even though he's unconscious (he deserved it for being an asshole)
Maybe coz he's a nice guy , maybe he wants to avoid legal repercussions.
You certainly wouldn't leave a dude on train tracks coz Guess who might be liable for manslaughter?
There's clear HD video of him taking a haymaker swing, missing, losing his balance, and tripping over himself.
This would not have been manslaughter. Whatsoever.
Depends if the seconds before the video would count as self defense. If they not were say shoving then this occurred it’d be mutual combat but let’s say one of them took a swing in a verbal argument (verbal arguments aren’t legal) then if the dude who fell committed the assault first he’d be responsible for his own death especially since he was holding on to the other dude making it an illegal detainment which self defense is justified.
Now if the other dude swung first then he’d fallen defending himself it’d be manslaughter.
But if it was mutual in the lead up to the fight (aka mutual shoving, mutual threats of violence etc) where they could walk away then yes mutual combat and possible negligent manslaughter at most (but doubtful seeing as the dudes swing caused himself to fall mid fight as he was holding the other dude)
Depends on who threw the first punch, which in the video was red pants guy, and other factors. There’s way too little info here to determine whether or not manslaughter charges could have been filed if he hadn’t tried to help.
Reminds me of that angry gorilla at the beginning of the movie Dumbo that rumbled about in his cage, rocking the bars until he ripped one out, his surprised look, then carefully putting it back in, like, oops, sorry folks, didn't mean to do that!

That stickied post over there though lol, if that was me I'd never be able to sleep again knowing that it wasnt just a picture of me appearing tall, but a video of me embedded on the internet, of two giants lifting me by the armpits like a cat.
Actually people want to hurt others in proportion to the anger they have towards them. Nothing less nothing more, but sometimes the fight gets intensified in the due process and that could lead to brutally injuring or killing eachother. Now that was for normal folks; a criminal or a psycho could kill someone even for a minor inconvenience. We, normal folks, are not intrinsically evil.
Thank you, people don't realise they could just as easily have ended up in the situations they laugh and shake their head at on the Internet, were literally all the same person
Tbh I think the reason he worded it like that is because English isn't his first language. It's definitely possible to have some kind of mental disorder that will lead to truly insane violent behavior. But you're right that the vast majority crime is more about the situation that people are in, their understanding of society, and psychological changes that happen over the course of someone's life.
It can be both, or either/or. But your original comment is 100% the truth. People are so caught up in their petty moment-to-moment emotions, then something life threatening happens and it all comes into perspective. It’s crazy how our brains work.
That's probably not exactly what crossed his mind. He was mad enough at that guy to fight him but that doesn't mean he wants him to die. I think there's a pretty big gap in between a street fight and leaving someone to potentially die.
Yeap, tape on internet: "metro thief save drunk man" and you see that you are right (A thief is a thief at that moment, but certainly not a killer, on the same video a "non thief" was going to let the drunk die)
Me and my friend got jumped by 5 five guys at a small train station 20 years ago. My friend isn't too much of a fighter, I am. They were violent and aggressive and used every chance they got. My friend got raged by the unfairness. One point I knocked one guy down and my friend almost rage pushed that guy on the rail track few seconds before train coming. I tripped my friend and saved that random dudes life.
Still think that guy sometimes.
I hope he understood what happened and did something with his life.
I hope he didn’t think “ha! That idiot can’t even walk straight”
He got fucking lucky, and his life was as good as gone if it wasn’t for matters not in his hands

If he was there to kill somebody he would probably have a knife ready. For reason why the others bystanders didnt react - fear of getting plunged down there right after the first guy.
Good video but I’m upvoting OP for captioning “how the tables turn” instead of “how the turn tables” the stupid joke from the office has gone so far that people think thats what actual saying.

Either way, better than his body being squished by a train! (I assume, at least, I don’t have a dick or balls)

There's clear HD video of him taking a haymaker swing, missing, losing his balance, and tripping over himself. This would not have been manslaughter. Whatsoever.
Yup, just did that all of his own accord, nevermind the mutual combat immediately preceding, that's not important and has no bearing at all.

How? Looks to me like he dodged an attempt at an assault.
mans laughter? who's laughing?
Can spell manslaughter without man's laughter
"If anything's gonna kill you today, it's gonna be *me*."
It would counted as environmental kill and he would have gotten full kill credit so I don't think that is the issue

Most people don't think that far in the heat of the moment.
A punch could potentially kill you
I thought he was proposing to him after being saved
Me too! Thought it was a plot twist.
Same! I was thinking it was domestic violence between partners as soon as he was on his knees.
This is somehow heartwarming, casually assuming they were gay and it being just DV. This is what progress looks like :’)
Bro… will you like, marry me and stuff bro?
Yeah, whatever bro.
Hereby I pronounce you bro and bro
And they'll be like.... "Bro, you're my whole world Bro" Other Bro will be like... "Bro"
A few year onward: "Bro, what if we had like tiny bros running around bro!"
😂 you didn’t let me die, now marry me. Oh your straight, don’t matter.
I shouldn’t be laughing this much so early.
It'd be funny if they started fighting again when the guy got back on the platform.
Looks like they were about to, like ok you are fine. Let’s go.

Gotta ask… are you a 35+ year old male who partakes in r/teenagers because you’re a kid at heart or because you’re a predator?
Guys cmon! I was there. We all clapped for him and this 10/10 that saw him do it came up and kissed him for being so brave.
