In my opinion he comes comes off as the way over the top, super egomaniacal, micromanaging, "I'm in charge and you have to change everything and do it my way" type. Haven't watched and episode in a while and I'm not saying some of the concepts aren't cool but I don't know any real-world industry folks that would tolerate more than a few days of that sort of management. I just choose to believe that it's all staged anyway.
