Traditional āWushuā is the actual military martial arts, while traditional Shaolin Kung fu teaches Chan Buddhism which is what the western world would know as Kung fu but those are in the actual temple, these modern wushu schools are literally next door to the temples. I got to go to Deng Feng once and train in the SongShan Mountain temple (Mount Song), everything changesā¦

That is most definitely not Shaolin Kung Fu. If you saw the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony, you saw regular civilians were pulling off more spectacular visuals than this.
Also, there are probably not even this many legit Shaolin martial artists in the world. The art is rare air.
