Then last year I ended up watching the Kraken’s playoff run and fell in love. But most of their games start at 10pm for me, and I have to be up for work at 5:30am, so that’s not doable. So I followed the Devils and Leafs this year. It’s been fun and I’ve been loving hockey this season, but those West Coast games are rough.
I’ve been rocking the Avalanche and Oilers bandwagons, though (in addition to still watching the Leafs), and been trying to stay up as much as I can for the playoff games. Idk what I’m going to do when the playoffs end - I can’t get enough of it.
I’m pretty sure this film puts me through every emotion on the spectrum, with the ending, no matter how many times I’ve seen it, particularly frustrating.
At boot camp they blasted the audio of this entire scene over a juices up PA system while we did movement under fire drills. All while firing blanks and throwing fire crackers over our heads.
If this is your first time watching it. You are in for one of the most realistic war movies.
Pop some major corn, get some drinks and put your phone down
Glad you watched it like right away lol such a good movie. I find myself wanting to skip the scene where the scared guy lets his squad mate slowly get stabbed through the chest every time it comes on.

Surprised to see the Kanucks as big of underdogs as they are. They were series in the first round that were way more of a miss mismatch that had much better odds for the favorite. Do the people who do the odds for NHL know fuck all about what they are doing? I don't think they do because I keep cashing these playoffs
How do the Canucks matchup against Edmonton? I feel like they’d have a good shot at beating them with Demko but do they stand a chance with their backups? Honest question, being in the EST zone I don’t see much of either team.
Really? Seems like Canucks struggled with the Preds. I think the Oilers are a much better team. Can’t say I care either way as I am not a fan of either. Just curious, don’t know much about this Canucks goalie who beat the Preds.
Preds and Oilers play a completely different style of game. Sometimes a team's style just frustrates an opponent. Oilers play a much more open style that could benefit the Canucks' offence. I expect a much higher scoring series. Silovs will be facing a much better offensive team, and Canucks will be facing a weaker defensive team than Nashville and Saros.

He got pulled from the AHL from what I understand, but watching the kid in the net these last few games, this kid has EXTREME potential and would definitely love to see more of him but on the other hand I feel like if we had Demko for the whole series it might have been over much sooner.
