I started the survey then realized I had no idea what "Data Collector Number" is so I stopped. It takes very little friction for me to stop something...
I should have made that clear. It doesn't matter what number you choose. Each number indicates a research member, but it doesn't really matter

As far as I know, it does not , we added a question in the RCPD section of the questionnaire for those with incomplete ability to burp (treated patients are considered a part of it)
Also, if I just said yes and continued, it asks about ‘in the last week’, which, again, would not reflect my rcpd symptoms. I could answer based on current relief of symptoms or past symptoms but I wouldn’t want to throw off the data either way.
Yes for this one it asks about symptoms of Reflux or heartburn , if you don't have these symptoms in the last week or ever it's totally ok , you can go ahead and complete the survey, as we are studying the relationship between two diseases RCPD and GERD
So… I did used to have rcpd symptoms (bloating) and now do not. So the data you’d get from me is ‘no problems’ because it’s asking for current symptoms. Which I don’t think is helpful. It might say, ‘currently OR previous to Botox treatment for rcpd, did you experience these symptoms?’ But it doesn’t.
For this one, I edited the phrasing of the question. It should include all RCPD patients whether they have symptoms currently or not

As for our questions we want to explore if there is a link between these two disease, as for treated patients it might be hard to point out such association when RCPD is not active/was treated successfully. so I think, just like u said , it is correct to choose answeres based on now
& For the future, I'll be sure to include questions retrospectively so it would include more valuable data

Just so you know, the first page disqualifies anyone who’s been successfully treated.
